Mike Brown is vice president, business development and general counsel, at UTC Power. He is responsible for all of the company’s legal and business development activities.
Brown began his career with United Technologies Corporation in 1981 and has had extensive legal experience in aerospace and commercial operations. Previously he has held positions of vice president, business development and general counsel at UT Automotive, and vice president, worldwide sourcing for United Technologies Corporation.
Brown received a bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from Eisenhower College in Seneca Falls, New York in 1978. He received a masters degree in international relations from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University and a law degree, cum laude, from Syracuse University in January 1981.
