Remote monitoring and control
PureComfort® power solutions are centrally monitored 24/7 from our state-of-the-art monitoring center in Charlotte, NC. Technicians are automatically dispatched from one of our many field offices to remedy the situation, most of the time before the customer is even aware.
PureComfort® power solutions may be controlled to follow your electric and/or thermal loads. With the appropriate control hardware, the system throttles up and down to follow your site electric loads. A diverter valve in the exhaust duct controls the chilling or heating output of the absorber.
